[.Net] Please select a specific culture, such as zh-CN, zh-HK, zh-TW, zh-MO, zh-SG

I was encountering an ASP.Net runtime error:

Please select a specific culture, such as zh-CN, zh-HK, zh-TW, zh-MO, zh-SG

It appears that some of old culture identifiers are no longer exists in Windows API.

A workaround is to set client language to an exists culture in

[IE]->[Tools]->[Internet Options]->[Language].

In my case, use zh-CN instead of zh-Hans, zh-TW instead of zh-CHT.
